Strength training and/or HIIT

One-on-one, or team training! Build muscle, tone up to see more definition, and blast away body fat! These 30 or 60 minute classes are high intensity, yet modified according to your personal fitness goals.

 

Yoga for everyone

Do this 30 minute flow at home. Let go of the stress of the day, and get into your breath and body with this class that leaves you relaxed yet strengthened, as well as empowered and stretched!

Training for disabilities

I have first hand experience working with those with cerebral palsy, brain aneurysm, Crohn’s disease, post-hip surgery, Parkinson’s disease, aging seniors, and more. It’s amazing the improvements and benefits that a personalized training program provides!

 

Sport-specific training

Are you trying to improve your conditioning, strength, balance, agility, power, and more in your sport or event? Get a specific plan and professional support that helps you to reach the next level. Or consider giving your kids the gift of athletic skill development; give them an edge in their sport!

Pre/postnatal fitness

Stay healthy during your pregnancy with controlled, safe, and supervised fitness with your trainer! It makes the pregnancy more enjoyable, and the birth easier. Then post-natal once you are approved by your doctor, get back into shape with specific movements to ensure you heal properly and get back to your fitness goals!

Recovery and Mobility program

Is flexibility and mobility important to you as you age? You will enjoy this short program teaching you a proper mobility routine, guided flexibility training, and even recovery post injury.

Nutrition coaching

Learn, plan, then apply these strategies to get a step up in your fitness. Nutrition is key! One-on-one coaching to improve your diet, maximize your fitness improvements, and recover better.

 

Workout programs

If you are content with working out on your own, then consider getting a boost with some workout programs designed specifically for you. Weekly accountability and check-ins included. You will get programs emailed right to you!

With an emphasis on mindfulness techniques and movement consistency, I promote thoughtful and correct exercise patterns to improve both physical & mental well-being!
